OEM / ODM + lifecycle
BITECH supports I/O review, enclosure and connector changes, BIOS configuration, image preparation, branding, validation planning and production traceability for qualified OEM/ODM programs.
Long-lifecycle planning uses controlled BOMs, PCN/EOL handling and migration support. Availability and commitments depend on the selected CPU, chipset, I/O architecture and program agreement.

Choosing the Right Model — FAQ
Ten platforms, one decision framework: match your application and interface requirements to a specific model.
By application
For AGV/AMR platforms, the AX-660EBT is the primary choice — it combines a 12th Gen Core i5, dual isolated CAN 2.0B, 9–36V wide input, and a PCIe x4 slot for a GPU or AI accelerator for onboard perception. If you only need CAN-based motion control without GPU compute, the AX-130BT or AX-134BT (both with CAN FD) are more compact, cost-effective options.
For multi-camera machine vision, the AX-320BT is purpose-built — it offers 8× 2.5GbE LAN ports for high-bandwidth camera aggregation and network segmentation. If your vision pipeline needs on-device AI inference, the AX-660EBT adds a PCIe x4 slot for a GPU or Hailo-8 accelerator alongside dual 2.5GbE.
It depends on the cards you need to run. Choose the AX-530EBT for maximum legacy capacity (3× PCI + 1× PCIe x4). Choose the AX-520EBT for a smaller migration (2× PCI, or 1× PCIe x1 + 1× PCIe x4). Choose the AX-660EBT when you need a modern 12th Gen CPU with a PCIe x4 slot for a GPU or AI accelerator rather than legacy PCI cards.
For protocol gateway and data-aggregation roles, match port count and speed to your fleet size. The AX-134BT (4× Ethernet + AMT) covers general-purpose gateway duty; the AX-320BT (8× 2.5GbE, GigE Vision/SDN/TSN support) fits heavier multi-device aggregation; the AX-340BT (6× 2.5GbE + 4× 10G SFP, with optional 4G/5G and Wi-Fi) is the platform for network-core or uplink-heavy deployments needing 10G fiber.
For a compact HMI or multi-display control panel, the AX-422H-BT or AX-238BT fit best. The AX-422H-BT is a compact fanless unit with HDMI + DisplayPort + USB-C on a Celeron J6412 platform. The AX-238BT scales further — up to 96GB DDR5 and 4 independent displays over dual USB4 (40Gbps), for control-room or multi-monitor HMI setups.
By interface & spec
The AX-130BT and AX-134BT are the confirmed CAN FD models, each with 2× CAN FD ports alongside 4× COM. The AX-660EBT's onboard CAN is classic CAN 2.0B, not CAN FD — confirm with our engineers before assuming FD support on other models, since CAN implementation varies by platform.
The AX-130BT, AX-134BT, and AX-660EBT are confirmed for 9–36V wide-range DC input — the range this project has specifically verified for vehicle and mobile-platform deployments. If a different model needs to run on the same wide-voltage rail, confirm its exact input range with our engineers before specifying it, since power input varies by platform design.
It depends on whether you're counting copper 2.5GbE ports or total network ports. The AX-320BT has the most pure 2.5GbE copper ports at 8×. The AX-340BT has the highest total port count at 10 — 6× 2.5GbE plus 4× 10G SFP — if your deployment needs fiber uplinks rather than more copper.
The AX-530EBT and AX-520EBT are the legacy-PCI platforms. The AX-530EBT carries 3× PCI + 1× PCIe x4 for the highest legacy-card capacity; the AX-520EBT offers a smaller path with 2× PCI, or a mixed 1× PCIe x1 + 1× PCIe x4 configuration. The AX-660EBT, by contrast, is PCIe-only (1× PCIe x4) with no legacy PCI slot.
Isolation is model-dependent. Selected AX-Series platforms provide isolated CAN and/or isolated RS-232/422/485, while additional isolation options can be evaluated for OEM configurations. Confirm isolation voltage, interface type and channel count against the selected model datasheet.
Yes. Qualified OEM programs use controlled BOMs, formal PCN/EOL handling and lifecycle planning. Standard platform availability varies by CPU and chipset; selected programs can be planned around a 7+ year platform window and up to a 10-year lifecycle target.
Yes. Evaluation samples are available for the AX-Series, Standard configurations can typically be prepared on a short sample schedule, depending on stock and configuration. Custom mainboard, I/O or enclosure development typically requires 1–3 months. Send your target model and configuration through the RFQ form to start a sample request.
