AX-134BT Multi-Network Fanless Industrial Box PC
High-Density Network Segmentation: The Ultimate Multi-Network Field Controller
Modern shop floors no longer run on a single network. A controller cabinet typically has to terminate a real-time control LAN (PLC / motion), a separate vision LAN (GigE Vision cameras), a supervisory MES/SCADA uplink and a dedicated service LAN for diagnostics — all at the same time, all kept physically isolated (Optional).
The AX-134BT is engineered specifically for that role. Four independent GbE ports (3× Intel I226-V + 1× I210-AT with AMT) sit on the rear panel, paired with 6 COM ports and 2× CAN bus so the unit can act as the single point of aggregation between Ethernet networks and legacy serial / fieldbus devices — without the noise, failure modes or BOM cost of an external industrial switch.
Underneath, the same modular CPU mainboard architecture used across the BITECH AX platform supports 4th through 14th Gen Intel® Core™ i3/i5/i7, shipping by default with the 13th Gen i5-1345U (10C). Combined with a fanless / cable-less / jumper-less unibody aluminum chassis, 9-36V DC wide input and a 5–7 year lifecycle, the AX-134BT becomes a long-life embedded node for multi-network industrial deployment.

Choose AX-134BT when…
- You need to physically segment 3–4 Ethernet networks (control, vision, MES, service)
- An external industrial switch adds BOM cost, failure points or cabinet space you do not have
- Intel AMT out-of-band management is required for unattended remote sites
Choose AX-130BT when…
- 2× 2.5GbE is enough and higher per-port bandwidth matters more than port count
- DDR5-5200 memory bandwidth is critical for your application
- The chassis size and mounting pattern are identical — either unit fits the same cabinet cutout

Frequently Asked Questions — AX-134BT
Yes. The AX-134BT offers an optional 4,000V galvanically isolated CAN bus and RS-485 configuration, in addition to the standard non-isolated version. Isolation eliminates ground loops and protects against surge and EMI in high-noise environments such as AGV drive buses, VFD-heavy cabinets, and substations. Isolation is specified at the project/OEM level. Learn how our CAN bus isolation works →
The AX-134BT has 4 independent Gigabit Ethernet ports — 3× Intel I226-V plus 1× Intel I210-AT with AMT. Each port is physically separate, allowing control, machine vision, MES/SCADA, and service networks to run isolated on a single device without an external industrial switch.
The AX-134BT ships by default with a 13th Gen Intel Core i5-1345U (10 cores). Its modular mainboard architecture supports 4th through 14th Gen Intel Core i3/i5/i7, so the CPU module can be upgraded without redesigning the chassis or I/O — protecting the design against component end-of-life.
Yes, the AX-134BT is fully fanless. It operates from -20°C to +60°C (with extended-temperature peripherals) in a cable-less, jumper-less unibody aluminum chassis, verified under 100% CPU load with no thermal throttling. Storage temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
The AX-134BT provides 6 COM ports total (2× RS232/422/485 plus 4× RS232) and 2× CAN bus (CAN 2.0A/B), with optional isolation available. This lets it act as a single aggregation point between Ethernet networks and legacy serial, fieldbus, and motion-control devices.
Yes. BITECH is an OEM/ODM manufacturer and customizes down to PCB level, including I/O layout, isolation options, and special functions. Custom configurations are available for volume projects, with a typical cycle of 1–3 months from requirements review to first articles.
The AX-134BT accepts a wide 9–36V DC input via a Φ5.5×2.5 mm jack or Phoenix terminal, with remote power on/off. This makes it ready for 12V/24V control cabinets and 24V/36V vehicle bus environments such as AGVs and mobile equipment.
Both share the same modular mainboard, chassis, and I/O backbone. The AX-134BT is the multi-network field controller with 4× Gigabit Ethernet and DDR4 memory; the AX-130BT is the compact controller with 2× 2.5GbE and faster DDR5 (up to 5200 MHz). Both offer optional isolated CAN / RS-485.
